組織成員彼此間的背景不同,所擁有的知識、技能、經驗等知識資源亦不相同。對 組織而言,促進成員間知識資源的交流,將是成功創新的關键。而知識資源交换主要來 自於人際間的互動。本研究以國内某研發單位内752位成員為對象,結合社會交换理 論、相似/吸引典範及網络理論,從組織成員對偶互動觀點,探討任兩者在社會網絡的 互動程度對資源交換程度的影響,並以社會網络分析之MRQAP法(Multiple Regression Quadratic Assignment Procedure)進行分析。結果發現,組織成員彼此間在社會網絡的互 動程度愈高,知識資源的交换程度愈高。

英文摘要

The demographic difference of team members usually implies the diversity of knowledge, skill, experience and resource within team. To organization, improving knowledge exchange a-mong members has always been the successful innovation factor. Knowledge exchange mainly results from personal interaction. This study, combined social exchange theory, similarity theory, and network theory, surveyed 752 subjects from a famous R & D unit in Taiwan and probed the influence of social network interaction on resource exchange from the dyadic perspective by multiple regression quadratic assignment procedure. The result shows that the extent of dyadic interaction has positive impact on the knowledge resource.
