既有的性別教育課程與教學研究大多將焦點置於基層教師,本研究認為,師資培育者教授性別教育的理念與作法同樣需要關切。徵得10位授課者同意,針對其開課經驗進行訪談,目的在於瞭解這些獨立開課的師資培育者所擬訂之教學目標、主題內容,以及所採行的教學方法,一方面探究獨立設科的性別教育師資培育課程之實施現況,一方面理解師資培育者獨立授課所面臨的困境及挑戰,最後根據研究結果進一步討論與反思,以期作為未來政策修訂及師資培育者自我精進之參考。

英文摘要

Most extant studies regarding the curriculum and teaching of gender education have focused on elementary and secondary school teachers. We maintain that the ideas and implementation strategies of teacher educators teaching gender education warrant attention. We interviewed 10 teacher educators concerning their experiences in teaching gender education to understand how they formulated course objectives, arranged unit topics, and applied them. The purpose of the interview was twofold; to investigate the status quo of offering independent courses on gender education in teacher preparation programs, and to examine the difficulty and constraints these teacher educators encounter. The fi ndings can be further discussed and refl ected on to assist future policy revision and self-improvement in teacher educators.
