本研究之目的在探討磯釣客的刺激尋求特性與危險知覺對其釣點選擇之影響。研究乃於東北角海岸龍洞一支磯釣場，根據現場之地形及危險程度區分為三區並進行調查，藉以檢測釣客之刺激尋求特性與危險知覺是否影響釣點的選擇。研究結果顯示三區的釣客在刺激尋求特性中的「刺激與冒險尋求」以及對釣點的危險知覺具顯著差異；顯示釣客追求刺激冒險活動的特性及對釣點之危險知覺影響其釣點的選擇。根據研究結果，本研究建議經營管理單位應加強釣客對危險釣點的認識與危險因應策略，並鼓勵具高度刺激冒險尋求特性之釣客參與其他冒險遊憩活動以滿足個人內在冒險之需求，藉以降低天候不佳造成釣客落海的意外發生。

The purpose of this study was to explore the influence of anglers’ sensation seeking and risk perception on their fishing site choice. The study was conducted at the first branch of Long-Don, and three spots on the site were identified based on the risk of the physical settings. Anglers’ sensation seeking and risk perception were surveyed. The results indicated that anglers from these three spots were significantly different to each other in their “thrill and adventure seeking” and risk perceptions. To reduce coastal fishing accidents, it was suggested that resource managers should enhance anglers’ risk perception of those dangerous fishing spots, and encourage anglers with high thrill and adventure seeking to substitute coastal fishing with other adventure recreation activities.
