Descriptive notes and an account of future potentiality of damage on the host are given for two black mildew fungi, Phaeocryptopus nudus and Dimeriella balsamicala on needles of Abieskawakamii(HAY.)Ito in Taiwan. Both fungi are reported for the first time in this Island.
