青少年時期肥胖,肥胖會導致動脈粥樣硬化早期逐漸形成,是成年後心臟血管疾病的 重要危險因子之一。S100A12 與肥胖及動脈粥樣硬化有關。本研究探討台東地區13至15歲 共500位學童(女童272位及男童228位),其中肥胖學童101位(女童45位及男童56位)。青少年 肥胖透過體位、血壓測量、抽血等步驟。探討肥胖青少年S100A12與瘦素及胰島素抗性及體 內脂質濃度所扮演的角色。研究結果:(1)全部學童隨著年齡越高,學童身高、體重、臀 圍、脂肪率、脂肪質、瘦素、S100A12也升高。(2)男童與女童,隨著年級增加,BMI平均 值越高,S100A12平均值也越高。(3)S100A12在學童的不同體位的變化並無有正相關。(4) 學童的血壓與S100A12並無正相關。(5)瘦素及其相關瘦素抗性指標與肥胖均呈正相關,但 S100A12與瘦素間無統計學之差異。(6)S100A12和體脂肪有相關性P<0.01,但在其他生化脂 肪值中並無統計學之差異。因此未找出S100A12指標和各項血壓、體脂肪或脂肪生化值的關 係。

英文摘要

Adolescent obesity causes early atherosclerosis, which is an important risk factor for adult cardiovascular disease. S100A 12 is related with obesity and atherosclerosis. This study investigated the Taitung area 13 to 15 years a total of 500 children (272 girls and 228 boys) of which 101 obese children (45 girls and 56 boys) by measuring body weight, blood pressure, and blood sampling to discuss the role of S100A12 with leptin and insulin resistance in obese adolescents. Results: (1) Children’s height, weight, hip circumference, fat percentage, fat mass, leptin, and S100A12 are increased with the higher age. (2) Boys and girls’ BMI mean are higher with the higher age. And S100A12 mean is also higher. (3) S100A12’s change does not have a positive correlation with the different body weight of the students. (4) There is no positive correlation between children's blood pressure and S100A12. (5) leptin and the associated indicators of leptin resistance show a positive correlation, but there is no statistical difference between the S100A 12and leptin. (6)There is a positive correlation between S100A12 and body weight (P value<0.01), but there is no statistical difference with the other values of biochemical fat. Therefore, this study does not identify the correlation between S100A12 indicators and blood pressure, body fat or lipid profile.
