近年，由於網路科技的進步，不少新資訊科技應用紛紛被推出。民眾接受與否，深深影響此新資訊科技應 用是否成功。找出影響使用者接受新資訊科技應用的相關因素，為新科技資訊系統的關鍵成功因素。本文以 Venkatesh 與Bala（2008）的理論觀點，編定「科技接受模式中文版量表」，用以探討影響民眾使用新資訊科技 的相關因素。本研究並以250 位某醫學中心掛號手機APP 軟體使用者為預試樣本，進行項目分析，並以一個月 內系統使用次數為效標，以瞭解科技接受模式的內在因素結構與區辨效度。最後以501 名某醫學中心掛號手機 APP 軟體使用者為正式樣本，以驗證性因素分析進行「科技接受模式」的構念效度驗證。分析結果本研究所編 製之「科技接受模式中文版量表」具有良好的模式適配，信效度良好。從背景變項的分析數據發現，本研究所 發展之「科技接受模式中文版量表」，在背景變項的性別、教育程度與年齡層部份，具測量恆等性。最後，本文 針對科技接受模式的概念與實務上的應用提出討論。

Technology acceptance is one of the most important issues in information application. The key to technology acceptance are behavioral intentions to use, perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use. The purpose of this study is to clarify the concept of technology acceptance model (TAM) and furthermore to develop a measurement tool for TAM. Based on Venkatesh, and Bala’s conceptualization (2008) of TAM, this study created the concept of acceptance model for information technology. An 11-item scale for measuring TAM was administered to 250 medical center appointment APP users for item analysis in the pilot study. Subsequently, a sample was collected from 501 medical center appointment APP users for confirmatory factor analysis and reliability estimation. Results revealed that the developed inventory (inventory of TAM) had satisfactory reliability and validity. A three-factor (behavioral intentions to use, perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use) model with correlation among factors was identified as a good model for fitting the data. Finding of the analysis on background variables are reported. Finally, the significance and the implication of the inventory of TAM are discussed
