本文探討孟加拉的公共行政暨民營企業的社會經濟課責。由於孟加拉金融業、企業界，貪污腐化，帳目不清很嚴重。因此要從行政部門整頓起，成立國際透明組織、公共行政改革委員會，對企業界強力惠顧方才有效。所採取的研究方法是文獻分析，並佐以部分的訪談參證。證明E. E. Schattschneider的論點，要以公共行政強制介入並制衡企業界，企業界的腐化才有改善的可能。

This paper discusses the relationship between public administration (government) and private enterprise (business) in connection to administrative accountability with documental analysis. This paper tried to distinguish the topics that enhance the economic accountability of public administration in democratic government like Bangladesh. To provide the public with a second power system, which could be an alternative power system, and which can be used to counterbalance the economic power of Bangladesh.
