分析了激光跟蹤儀的動態性能校準的現狀,結合跟蹤儀動態性能校準的需 要,根據跟蹤儀的跟蹤原理,採用勻角速度旋轉運動轉換成勻線速度運動的方法, 研製了激光跟蹤儀橫向跟蹤速度校準裝置。設計了相應的測量試驗,在不同的設 定轉數條件下測試該裝置的性能;對不同廠商的跟蹤儀產品的橫向跟蹤速度進行 了比較測試,對測試結果進行了分析。給出了該裝置在測試條件下的測量不確定 度估計,在測試距離為3 m,速度為3 m/s時的條件下相對擴展不確定度為Urel = 3% (K=2)。測試結果顯示,勻速轉動時速度變動性符合預期,能用於激光跟蹤儀動 態性能校準;不同跟蹤儀的橫向跟蹤速度有明顯差異;速度越快,動態示值誤差 也越大。

英文摘要

Calibration statuses of dynamic performances of laser trackers were summarized. Due to the demands on the calibration of dynamic performance of laser tracker, a calibration device for the lateral tracking speed of laser tracker was designed and assembled based on the basic tracking principle of laser tracker by transforming uniform angular speed rotation into uniform linear speed. The relevant several tests were planned. This device was tested under different revolution settings. Lateral tracking speeds of laser trackers of different manufactures were compared under the same test condition by this device. Test results were analyzed. The relative uncertainty of the lateral tracking speed, Urel = 3% (k = 2), under the condition of 3 m distance and 3 m/s speed, was estimated. Test results indicated that speed variability in uniform rotation was satisfying and could be used in lateral tracking speed calibration of laser tracker and there was an observable difference among different trackers. The more speed, the more dynamic measurement error for laser tracker.
