動態稱重裝置在工業領域應用廣泛,當稱重裝置安裝在振動環境中或設施上 時,由於物料受振動加速度影響,稱量讀數也將出現波動,無法準確進行稱量, 當振動頻率較高並且規律振動時可以直接利用測量數據,通過數學方法獲得待稱 物料的靜態重量,當振動較低或為隨機振動時,無法用數學方法進行快速稱量, 直接利用被稱物料的稱重信號進行稱重計量,將產生不可控制的稱量誤差。採用 比較補償法,即採用一組處於同一振動環境下輔助補償稱重裝置,對來自系統以 外的低頻隨機振動影響進行即時跟蹤和補償,即時修正由於低頻隨機振動干擾下 的稱重數據,可以大幅提高低頻隨機振動環境下的稱量準確度,實驗結果表明: 採用上述方法,其動態計量準確度可達到±0.5%以内,基本能滿足大宗物料的稱重 貿易計量。

英文摘要

Dynamic weighing devices are widely used in the industrial field. When a weighing device is installed in a vibration environment or a facility, weighing readings will fluctuate due to the materials under the influence of vibration acceleration so that cannot be accurately weighed. We can use measured data directly combined with mathematical methods to obtain the static weight of the material to be weighed when the vibration frequency is high and consistent. But when the vibration frequency is low and random, we are unable to use mathematical methods for fast weighing, and it will cause uncontrol weighting errors if use material's weighing signal for measurement directly. Using compensation method, that is, a set of auxiliary compensation weighing devices which are in the same vibration environment are used to track and compensate the effect of low frequency random vibration from outside the system and modify weighing data under low frequency random vibration interference in real time. This method can significantly improve weighing accuracy under low frequency random vibration environment. Experimental results showed that the dynamic measurement accuracy can be achieved within ±0.5% which can meet the bulk weighing of trade measurement using the above method.
