學習摩爾斯電碼能確保與外界通信順暢，減少語言上的隔閡與障礙，於緊急危難時，更顯其助益，綜觀傳統摩爾斯電碼的記憶方式，多半僅能背誦記憶，無具邏輯性的推導，本文藉由計算機二進位系統的邏輯概念建立一套實用又有趣、好記的摩爾斯電碼記憶法，以期藉由系統化的概念啟發後續研究者將摩爾斯電碼應用於程式設計亦或是其他電子設備中，使應用更加廣泛及便利。
