中文摘要

本研究目的乃在探討居家照顧服務員的人口特徵、工作項目好惡和工作滿意度現況。針對北高雄11家居家服務機構的居服員,採取問卷調查的現場施測法,發出264份問卷,獲得有效問卷229份,回收率86.74%。研究結果顯示:1.人口特徵:51~55歲已婚女性居多、高中職畢業、平均月工作時數介於121~200小時之間、服務年資1~2年。2.工作項目好惡:最喜歡身體照顧服務、最討厭家事服務。3.工作滿意度:工作年資長短對工作滿意度的「內在因素」與「外在因素」是有差異的。希望藉由本研究結果做為未來改善照顧服務員工作環境,增加其留任意願之參考依據,進而達成供需雙贏之照顧服務目標。

英文摘要

This study aims to explore demographic characteristics 、likes and dislikes for work Items,job satisfaction among home-care service providers .The questionnaires were distributed in 11 home-care agencies, 264 questionnaire were given, the number of effective questionnaires is 229, the effective response rate is 86.74%.The results is as follow: 1. Demographic characteristics :home-care service providers were mainly married female, from 51 to 55 years old , education level vocational high school graduation, the average monthly working time is between 121~200 hours, seniority 1-2 years.2. Likes and dislikes for Work Item:like Physiological care service, dislikes Housework service.3.job satisfaction: Job seniority will impact on job satisfaction in internal factors and external factor. According to the findings, we can improve the work environment ,add the willingness for the service providers to retain the post,and establish the win-win objects for supply and demand in care service.
