本文從《三國志‧吳書‧丁奉傳》中所記載的「左右都護」此一怪異官名出發，比對《三國志》諸篇記載的文字內容，以辨正「左右都護」一詞實有文字上的衍誤；同時，本文也藉由梳理《三國志》中陸遜、諸葛瑾、朱然、全琮等高官重臣的官歷遷轉情形，歸納出孫吳在孫權稱帝之後所運用的一套獨特的高級官銜加授法則，由此另可對於《三國志‧吳書‧施績傳》所闕漏的文字與相關史實有所補正。

This article corrects the error about the official title “Zuo You Du Hu”（左右都護；Left Right Du Hu） by comparing The Biography of Ding Feng in Book of Wu（〈吳書‧丁奉傳〉） of Records of the Three Kingdoms（《三國志》；Sanguozhi）, which “Zuo You Du Hu” was recorded in, with other biographies in this official historical book. Meanwhile, this article concludes the special rules for commissioning higher ranks in Wu after Sun Quan（孫權） proclaiming being the first emperor of Wu by examining the records on promotions of the high officers like Lu Xun（陸遜）, Zhuge Jin（諸葛瑾）, Zhu Ran（朱然）, Quan Cong（全琮）, et al. Through these rules, both the omissions of words in and the inaccuracies of historical apprehension about The Biography of Shi Ji in Book of Wu（〈吳書‧施績傳〉） of Records of the Three Kingdoms can also be fixed.
