本研究旨在探討廠商動態能力發展的過程,以及人力資源資訊科技基礎建設如何影響此發展過程。本研 究運用臺灣資訊科技廠商為實證研究樣本,實證結果顯示廠商動態能力發展的過程為能力持有、能力佈署與 能力更新。本研究亦同時發現:(1) 科技管理知識會正向影響廠商能力持有;(2) 人際關係管理知識對於改進 廠商能力佈署是有幫助的;(3) 科技專業知識對於促進廠商能力更新與確保廠商競爭優勢是重要的。據此,人 力資源資訊科技基礎建設與廠商動態能力發展之互動對於組織知識的創造、佈署與更新提供了重要的管理意 涵。
In this paper, we examine the process of dynamic capability development and how the human component of a firm's information technology (IT) infrastructure (i.e., its human IT infrastructure) affects this development process. Using Taiwanese firms as examples, we provide evidence that the process of dynamic capability development was followed by capability possession, capability deployment, and capability upgrading. We also find that (1) technology management knowledge positively affects capability possession, (2) interpersonal and management knowledge is critical to improving a firm's capability deployment, and (3) technical specialties knowledge is essential to facilitating capability upgrading and ensuring a firm's competitive advantage. The interplay between human IT infrastructure and dynamic capability development provides insight into how organizational knowledge may be created, deployed, and updated.
