有鑑於行動裝置的高普及率和不受限於時間及空間的便利性,利用行動裝置來做 付款消費儼然已成為一種趨勢,且由於行動技術的進步,使用者可以在不同的網域間 輕易的相互連結,所以也必須考量當使用者在不同網域中的付款過程,而目前行動付 款機制尚在成形階段,有相當大的研究及發展空間。在行動交易的模型中,有不少學 者提出相關的交易付款模型,由於行動環境下的付款多為記名的付款機制,本文利用 行動裝置建置一個安全且具匿名性的付款機制,以使用者的觀點做出發,希望能盡量 降低資料的傳輸及計算量。因此,本文利用群體盲簽章結合雜湊鏈的方式來產生具匿 名和可切割性的電子現金,讓使用者不只可以在主系統業者的網域內作消費,當其漫 遊到漫遊業者的網域內消費時,也不需要額外的認證及註冊過程,並探用離線驗證的 方式來增加付款交易的效率性,在考慮各角色公平的原則下,提供一個方便及安全的 行動付款系統。

英文摘要

On the advance of mobile devices, the effciency and the limit of bandwidth have already breaking through the mobile device. According to the individual penetration rate, the mobile payment will become a tendency way for people to pay their bills. Due to the advance of mobile technology, users can connect in different mobile domain easily. Therefore, we need to concern the payment of consumers in different space. In this moment, the mobile payment is immature, it's worthy to explore and search. We want to set an anonymous and secure mobile payment model. From the point of the view of consumers, decreasing the transmit cost of the data are asked. In this paper, we use the group blind signature technology with the character of hash chain to create the dividable and anonymous e-cash. Thus, users can consume not only in the home mobile domain but also visit mobile domain without register and authentic. Furthermore, we use off-line e-cash to increase the efficiency of payment exchange. Under the fair princi pie of all participators, we set a convenient and secure mobile payment.
