本研究旨在比較台灣區心理衛生助人者與精神官能症住院病患,參與心理劇 團體之整體經驗與負向經驗的差異。研究方法採調查研究法,透過自編問卷進行 調查,心理衛生助人者以便利抽樣、精神官能症住院病患以立意抽樣,總計回收 116筆有效問卷,其中81筆為心理衛生助人者,35筆為精神官能症住院病患。 研究結果發現相異以及相似處。一、相異處:1.心理衛生助人者參與心理劇的 整體經驗,比精神官能症住院病患還要好。2.心理衛生助人者曾有心理劇負向 經驗的比例高於精神官能症住院病患。3.當負向經驗的來源為團體領導者時, 領導者的風格在心理衛生助人者這一組主要為魅力強勢專制型與冷酷強勢型;在 精神官能症住院病這一組則偏向其他類型。4.當負向經驗的來源為團體領導者 時,領導者心理劇的訓練資歷,在心理衛生助人者這一組大都已經取得導演以上 資格;在精神官能症住院病患這一組則偏向不知道。二、相似處:1.兩個群體 皆偏向有意願持續參加心理劇團體。2.負向經驗發大多發生在心理劇的觀眾上, 而非主角。3.負向經驗的來源首先為團體領導者,其次為體內的其他成員。4. 負向經驗主要發生在演出階段,其次為心理劇團體結束後。

英文摘要

The purpose of this study was to compare the negative experiences of two subjects in Psychodrama in Taiwan. After sampling, a total of 116 questionnaires have been selected: 81 participants were mental health helpers, whereas 35 participants were neurotic inpatients. The major findings are as follows: These two objects were dissimilar in several aspects: 1. The overall experiences of mental health helpers were better than neurotic inpatients in Psychodrama. 2. The ratios of negative experiences of mental health helpers were higher than neurotic inpatients in Psychodrama. 3. When members regarded leaders as the perpetrator of their negative experiences, the leadership style of leaders tended to be Aggressive Stimulators and Cool, Aggressive Stimulators in mental health helpers’ group, whereas the leadership style tended to be others in neurotic inpatients’ group. 4. When members regarded leaders as the perpetrator of their negative experiences, the training qualification of leaders tended to be certified Psychodramatists in mental health helpers’ group, whereas they tended to be unknown in neurotic inpatients’ group. These two objects shared similarity in several aspects:
1. A11 participants intended to attend the Psychodrama group in the future.
2. Audiences tended to experience more negative experiences than protagonists in Psychodrama.
3. Members firstly tended to regard leaders as perpetrators of negative experiences, and then regard other members within the groups as perpetrators.
4. Negative experiences tended to happen at the action phase, and then at the time after Psychodrama groups. Finally, according these results, some suggestions were given.
