網路拍賣是電子商務經營模式中最受消費者歡迎的交易方式之一，為了避免競標 者喊價之後，未能履行付款購買拍賣商品的義務，或是只為了哄抬拍賣商品的價格， 因此如何偵測出具有異常喊價傾向的競標者，使得網路拍賣交易能夠公正的進行，即 成為網路拍賣經營者必須考量的問題之一。在本篇論文中，我們以競標者之交易資料 為探勘的資料來源，交易資料包含有競標者曾經購買過的商品項目與喊價過的商品項 目，假設目前有某一拍賣商品正進行競標，我們以此一拍賣商品為探勘的目標，利用 探勘技術來找出對此一拍賣商品而言，具有異常喊價傾向的競標者。我們設計一個兩 階段探勘的方法，以判斷出具有異常喊價傾向的競標者。我們根據所提出的方法，設 計與建置一個偵測異常競標者的系統。此探勘結果，對拍賣品避免被惡意哄抬競價， 或事先預防無意購買拍賣商品之競標者的喊價行為，將可提供非常有用的資訊。

The internet auction is one of the most popular transaction ways in electronic commerce. In this paper, we develop a method which contains two steps to detect fraud bidders for one auction product First, we compare the bidders ever buying products with bidding products in the transaction data. If the results do not conform the assigned condition, the detecting process has to use the method of second step. We let the auctioning product as the center of cluster, and let each other transaction data are grouped with the center to which it contains the auctioning product in ever buying products. Then we compute the association items from the cluster. We can consider the bidders whether fraud or not according to the association items for the auctioning product.
