中文摘要
臺灣省立臺北圖書館第八任館長任期僅約五個月，在應然面上是由蔣復璁先生擔綱，但實然面卻委託沈寶環博士代行，圖書館經營根植於開放與多元的理念，本文從現況分析、經營哲學、性格差異等面向來析論如何打造一個書香社會的樂園，進而開闢圖書館事業經營之沃土，以振興臺灣公共圖書館事業。
英文摘要
The 8th library director term of office only lasted for five months. Nominally Mr. Jiang Fu Chong was the director but actually Mr. Shen Bao Huang was the acting director. This essay starts with status analysis, management philosophy and the diversity of character, in an attempt to find out how to create a paradise for a society and how to promote the librarianship of Taiwan public libraries.
