中文摘要

本文的主要目的,是探討隔熱塗料應用於玻璃帷幕的隔熱與節能效益之探討,並與市面上不同隔熱貼膜進行比較。研究中首先設計與製作一款隔熱塗料性能測試裝置,藉由在玻璃樣本內側表面塗佈輻射隔熱材料或黏貼輻射隔熱貼膜,並以紅外線燈進行照射,觀察其節能效應。接著再應用計算流體力學,將隔熱塗料或貼紙之性能測試裝置的實驗結果代入數學模型中,進行參數設計及數值疊代,求得彼此關聯及相互驗證。最後將驗證後所得到數學模型,再分別探討夏季與冬季時,不同隔熱材料的隔熱效率,進而評估隔熱材料對應用於建築物的隔熱效能、空調用電節能及減少二氧化碳產生量。

英文摘要

The main objective of this paper is to discuss the effect of the thermal insulation and energy saving for the insulation coating material applied to a glass curtain wall and make a comparison of the different heat insulating coatings on the market. Firstly, the research designs and constructs a heat insulating coating performance testing device. The radiant heat insulating material is coated or the radiant heat insulating film is pasted on the inside surface of the glass sample, and then irradiated by infrared light to observe the energy-saving effect. Then the computational fluid dynamics numerical is applied and the results obtained from the experimental data of the heat insulating performance testing device are input to a mathematical model for parameter design and numerical iteration. Then the correlated results are obtained. Ultimately, the validated mathematical model is used to discuss the thermal insulation efficiency of different heat insulating materials in summer and winter respectively, so as to evaluate the effects of heat insulating material on building thermal insulation, air conditioning energy saving and reducing CO2 emissions.
