工作相關肌肉骨骼傷病主要是源自重複性作業、過度負荷或不良作業姿勢等不良工作設計,導致勞工組織疲勞、發炎、損傷,進而引發肌肉、韌帶或神經疼痛、不適或失能之疾病群。在醫事人員中,醫用診斷型超音波操作人員的肌肉骨骼系統重複性傷害逐漸受到關注;本文旨在回顧相關人員的工作相關肌肉骨骼傷病危險因子及預防指引,以作為職場人因工程危害風險評估與作業改善設計之參考。
Work-related musculoskeletal disorders (WRMSD) often result from repetitive stress and mechanical overload of soft tissue and joints or inappropriate posture during activities. These situations have been widely reported to cause soft tissue injured and inflamed. The consequence of these disorders of muscles, tendons, and nerves could cause pain, suffering and disability. Because diagnostic medical sonographers (DMS) have a much higher prevalence of repetitive musculoskeletal injuries among health care professionals, the issue of WRMSD among DMS is becoming a matter of concern gradually. The aim of this study is to review the potential risk factors and preventive guidelines of WRMSD among medical sonographers as the reference of risk assessment and job design of ergonomics in the workplace.
