教學視導與教師專業發展的關係備受關注。身為學校領導者的校長,除了行政領導,也擔任確保教師教學品質的角色。然而,現今學校領導活動中,校長的教學視導角色定位較不清楚,在實施上也相對不容易。本文旨在探討校長在教學視導應扮演的角色與可能的行動架構,並藉以提出對教師專業發展的啟示。

英文摘要

Instructional Supervision and Teacher Professional Development receive much concerns. Principal as a school leader, beside being the role of administration leader, who also has to make sure the teaching quality of teachers. However, the role of principal’s role is not so clear in nowadays. It’s also diffi cult in implement. This research focuses on what role should principal play, other possible action frameworks, and the enlightenment of teacher professional development.
