「組織傳播」此一學門,可視作一社會系統,系統外具有多層 環境。本文檢視歐美及台灣「組織傳播」學門之多層環境,配以台 灣社會的獨特條件,提出一個組織傳播研究與敎育的新模式。本文以組織傳播研究的發展軌跡爲經,以組織傳播學門的多層環境爲緯,構思發展組傳(組織傳播)的新途徑。本文並以台灣傳 播敎育的獨特潛能,以及傳播研究異於歐美的發展過程,導出「組 織」的發展策略與方案。
Organizational communication as a discipline is treated as a social system with multiple levels of environments. This article examines the multiple levels, of environments outside the organizational communication discipline both in the West and in Taiwan. This research makes reference to the unique social conditions of Taiwan and proposes a new model for the research and education of Taiwan's organizational communication. This paper conceives a new approach to the development of Taiwan's organization communication research and education by taking into consideration the impressive potential in Taiwanese communication education. Strategies and options are also proposed.
