本文以屏東縣山區的排灣族、魯飢族原住民爲研究對象，分析原 住民對電視新聞節目（新聞報導、新聞雜誌節目、談話性的節目.）的 回饋。回饋在文中被界定爲對電視新聞節目的反應及互動溝通，以期 接近互動傳播的理念，包括對節目的觀感、期待，及向製播者表達意 見的方式。 研究者根據焦點困體訪問原住民、及深度訪談關心原住民議題的 相關人士意見，結果獲知原住民不論敎育程度高低，都將收看電視新 聞當作吸取「外界」新知、學習漢語的途徑之一；他們希望能多看到 有關原住民生活權益的報導，且持績長期關懷原住民議題。研究結果 對於有線電視地方媒體角色寄予厚望。 研究也顯示，談話性節目的互動方式未必能服務與顧及原住民觀 眾的回饋意見，研究者並建議電視新聞製播單位不妨透過草根性中介 組織或意見領袖，長期蒐集原住民意見，調整修正節目内容。

This research is to analyze aborigines’ feedback toward television news programs (news reports, news magazines, as well as talk shows). Based on three groups of focus groups with thirty Pai-wan and Luki, the aborigines in southern Taiwan, as well as in-depth interviews with fourteen people who have been very careful about aborigines* right to communicate, the results show that: 1. Most aborigines regard exposing to television news programs as one way of learning mandarin, or seeking "outside" information. They expect to watch more reports on aborigine’s living right, and topics on minority groups all the time. 2. As one of the major goal of cable television is to become channels for local issues, aborigines' agenda should be an important area for cable television news programs. 3. Talks shows with the forms of interactive communication cannot serve the needs and opoinions of aborigines. This suggests television news program producers should seek for real opinions of aborigines to adjust viewpoints or'contents in the programs by way of local mediated organizations or opinion leaders.
