本文以哈伯瑪斯的溝通行動理論來檢視台灣學術網路電予佈告攔 上女性主義站女性主義版的對話過程，藉由對其論述形構的分析，進 一步探討網路提供公共參與的可能性。本文分析1996年3月到6月女 性主義版的討論結果發現，網路上的對話，不乏推進到理性討論中後 設理論層次者，但因話題是個人設定，多方回應形成，初始話題的定 義仍多複製主流論域，但在對話過程中，出現不同的定義與框架。言 説分析所凸顯的問題包括了議題的公共性/個人化、多重公共領域對 話/放話的差異、以及網路溝通中取得瞭解/共識的差別。

This study aims to analyze how discourse is developed in the electronic bulletin board Feminism. As the development of the decentralized computer networks revitalized the discussion of the relationship between media and society, more and more analyses turn to Jurgen Habermas’s theory of public sphere for theoretical guidance. Although Habermas draws the ideal type of the public sphere in his book The Structural Transformation of the Public Sphere, it is in his theory of communicative action Habermas delineates the guidelines for scrutinizing the normative base of the public sphere. Based on the theory of communicative acton, the discourse analysis of the dialogues on Feminism board highlighted the process of agenda-setting and re- claiming validity. The findings suggested that, while netizens are still debating over what constitutes ’public’，discourses are taking place in different levels.
