本文描述照顧一位舌癌復發個案再次接受手術之護理經驗，護理期間為2012年10月25 日至11月4日，以個案為中心，運用身心靈社會之護理評估，進行整體性的資料收集，進而 給予合宜之護理照護。個案面臨疾病復發、手術後傷口疼痛及進食吞嚥困難，出現了無力感之 負面感受，經由評估後確認健康問題有急性疼痛、吞嚥障礙及無力感。護理過程中，除了緩解 生理上的不適之外，以主動關懷來接納個案的感受並給予支持，指導戒除檳榔，並鼓勵以積極 樂觀的態度面對後續治療計劃。 建議未來舌癌病人於術前門診時，可先照會語言治療師給予吞嚥障礙相關資訊及復健計 劃，以減輕其術後的無力感，提高住院治療過程中的照護品質，希望透過筆者的護理經驗，提 供日後護理人員照護舌癌術後病人的護理參考。

This article described the experience of nursing a recurrent tongue cancer patient underwent reoperation. The nursing period was from October 10th 2012 till November 4th 2012, and the author collected comprehensive data and provided nursing cares while utilizing biopsychosocial evaluations on the patient. The patient was suffering from cancer recurrence, post-surgical pains, food intake difficulties, and emergence of negative feeling of powerlessness. Health problems were confirmed, after thorough evaluations, which included acute painfulness, dysphagia, and depression. During the course of nursing, physical discomforts were being addressed, and also initiative cares and supports were offered to help the patient to change bad lifestyles, like betel chewing, and to encourage a positive attitude in facing further treatment plan. It is advised that tongue cancer patients should consult speech therapist in out-patient department concerning rehabilitation educations prior to receiving pre-operation, in which it would promote patient’s positive attitude and enhance caring quality during admission. We hope this nursing experience will provide nursing staff a reference for caring post-operative tongue cancer patient..
