中文摘要
國軍「洪仲丘事件」係我國解嚴後，群眾對國軍抗議的特殊案例之一；事件顯示在後現代 社會的網路平台，個人、社群及其他人經由媒介管道，傳播對社會事件的自身觀點，直接或間 接影響軍隊與新聞，亦有機會成為主流媒體的消息來源，各自主觀的詮釋内容，形成今日新聞 相對性客觀的報導價值。
輿情是支持政府穩定的關鍵變項，媒體的報導内容及消息來源的正確訊息，論述正、反、 中立的看法，影響民意聚積與關心程度。研究以「個人具有心理認知及主觀感受的框架能力， 認識外在環境變化建構心中圖象，經由傳播管道影響他人」的觀點，分析《蘋果日報》、《中 國時報》、《聯合報》、《自由時報》等7週950則新聞文本，檢證「報導立場」、「消息來 源」和「新聞議題」等變項，假設成立且顯著相關，可提供新聞事件危機處理及政治傳播研究 之參考。
英文摘要
The Hung case is a special example showing that individuals and groups in Taiwan have the opportunity to express their personal views via the Web and make significant impact on the military in Taiwan. The voice from the Web surfers seems to have become important source of public opinion and changed the landscape of news reporting in modern society.
Public opinion is the key item that affects the stability of government and is closely affected by the stance of the news media. This paper tries to analyze how major news organizations such as China Times, United Daily News in Taiwan report on the Hung case and prove the relevance of the political stance and news contents.
