Secondly, the domestic selfsufficiency rate of China's LED components continued to rise with the country's LED industry emerging. As a result, Taiwan and U.S. operators who used to have very high market shares in China, were impacted. Furthermore, LED backlight technology has fully penetrated liquid crystal displays of various sizes. The market of LED components used in liquid crystal display applications has quickly turned into recession, which causes South Korea and Taiwan makers to suffer the most.
