中文摘要

美容美髮產業雖然蘊含創意、美麗與生命力,但在壓力的工作環境下加上長時間的工時, 往往造成服務人員的職業倦怠。為瞭解產業的幸福感概況,以台灣中、南部美容美髮服務人 員為研究對象。研究結果證實:心理資本、工作價值觀對服務人員的幸福感具有正向影響。 此外,(1) 工作價值觀與幸福感的關係,影響因子由高至低依序為:管理權力、成就感、智慧 啟發、人際關係、安全感、工作環境、經濟報酬。(2) 心理資本與幸福感之關係,影響因子依 序為:樂觀、信心與希望。 透過了解影響服務人員的幸福感有助於相關教育的反思,研究發現對於美容美髮教育的 人員養成及相關產業的管理亦具有實務意涵。

英文摘要

Although innovation, beauty, and vitality are inherent in the beauty and hairdressing industry, under a stressful working environment and prolonged hours, personnel in this industry often exhibit occupational fatigue. Questionnaires were delivered to beauty and hairdressing service personnel in central and southern Taiwan. Study results confirmed that psychological capital and work values have positive effects on employee well-being. Beside, (1) the following factors influenced the relationship between work values and well-being in descending order of influence: management authority, sense of achievement, wisdom inspiration, interpersonal relationship, safety, work environment, and financial reward. (2) The following factors influenced the relationship between psychological capital and well-being in descending order of influence: optimism, confidence, and hope.Understanding the factors influencing the well-being of service personnel in the beauty and hairdressing industry facilitates reflection on related educational fields as well as industry and has practical implications for nurturing personnel through beauty and hairdressing education or employee management.
