如何提升幼兒園園長領導專業知能在理論與實務構面均具有重要性,本研究旨在建構幼兒園園長知識領導指標及其權重,首先由文獻分析建構初步指標內涵,接著採取德懷術研究與階層程序分析法建構幼兒園園長知識領導指標及其權重。本研究之重要結論有:一、幼兒園園長知識領導主要核心要素包含「典範角色扮演」、「文化與環境支持」、「整合知識資源與管理策略」、「創新思維與表現」以及「成效檢核機制」等五大構面,並包含十項指標向度,以及二十五項指標細項。二、在本研究所建構的幼兒園知識領導之五大構面中,以「典範角色扮演」最具重要性,其權重值為28.3%;其次為「整合知識資源與管理策略」權重值為21.8%,以及「文化與環境支持」權重值為19.2%。三、在整體十項向度中,以「知識統整」最具重要性,其權重值為12.4%;其次為「支持激勵成員學習」權重值為10.9%,以及「學習取向角色」權重值為10.3%。

英文摘要

How to enhance preschool principals' leadership was important for both the research and the practice of education. The main purpose of this study was to construct the indicators and the weight system of principals’ knowledge leadership for the preschools. To achieve the purposes, literature review, Delphi Method, and Analytic Hierarchy Process were adopted in the study. First, relevant evaluation criteria were summarized and arranged based on the literature review. Second, the Delphi Method was used to construct indicators of principals’ knowledge leadership for the preschools. The weights system was developed based on the previous results. By using the pairwise comparison of AHP, the relative weight system was obtained. The indicators of this study contained 5 items of indicators in the first level, 10 items of indicators in the second level, and 25 items of indicators in the third level. Of the indicators that weighed more in each level, “exemplary role-playing” (28.3%),” followed by “integration of knowledge resources and management strategies” (21.8%),” and “culture and environment supporting” (19.2%) had heavier weights in the first-level indicators. “Knowledge integrating” (12.4%),” followed by encouraging members to learn” (10.9%), “learning-orientation role” (10.3%) had heavier weights in the second-level indicators.
