我國槍砲彈藥刀械管制條例將「殺傷力」訂為處罰特定類型非法槍彈的基本要件，因此涉案槍彈須經科 學鑑定，判斷其殺傷力之有無，法院才能進行審判。本文描述性能檢驗法、動能測定法、監測鋁板法和 X 光攝影分析法等槍彈殺傷力鑑定方法，並以實例說明常見涉案槍彈之殺傷力鑑定結果，以增進讀者對非法 槍彈危害性的瞭解。

In Taiwan, possess of wounding capability is the basic condition for certain types of fi rearms and ammunition to be defi ned as illegal weapons. Thus the wounding capability of these weapons should be determined before their owners are indicted. We here describe forensic examination methods such as function tests, muzzle energy test, witness plate test, and X-ray image interpretation that are used to determine the wounding capability of fi rearms and ammunition. Forensic examination results of guns and cartridges from real criminal cases are also illustrated to facilitate the readers to understand the detriment caused by illegal weapons to the society.
