國民營養的均衡與否維繫著個人健康與生活品質,同時也關係著國家的國力。本論文為了更 明確結合中國文學和營養保健核心精神的教學內容,引發學生的學習興趣,是以「文學營養健康 活力餐」為思考主軸,來設計課程的教學內容。本論文實施的課程將突破傳統教學,跨領域與保 健營養學科接軌,落實本校打造健康照護校園的目標,並且跟保健營養系師生合作,從中國文學 專題賞析課的飲食文學作品介紹、宣傳健康活力餐的重要性開始,一方面設計推廣活力餐以期學 生在學校生活能兼顧「美味」與「健康」,另一方面則期待學生走到校園之外,更能將此課程之 所學做發揮,「吃進臺灣人的美食,吃出臺灣人的健康」。本論文實施的課程(中國文學專題賞 析—文學營養健康活力餐)的教學創意特色:(1) 品嚐及閱讀飲食散文:飲食散文的過去及模仿是學習的開始。(2) 認養命名、營養評估、口語表述學校活力餐:吃出美味又健康。(3) 探索食物天堂:實際拜訪義美食品觀光工廠。(4) 我的米其林活力餐廳:活力餐食譜撰寫與親自下廚:團體競賽和報告。(5) 文宣海報實作並在校園、網頁介紹健康營養的活力餐。(6) 書寫和口述自己的飲食故事(文化脈絡、物理人情、時空記憶、味覺表述)。

英文摘要

The national nutrition balanced or not to maintain personal health and quality of life, but also related to the country's national strength. The plan in order to arouse students’ interest in learning more explicit teaching content combined with the core spirit of the Chinese Literature and nutritional care, “literature nutritional health and vitality meal” thinking spindle design course content. Curriculum implementation of this project will break through traditional teaching, cross-cutting health and nutrition disciplines standards, the implementation of the school to build a health care campus goals. And cooperation with students and faculty of health and nutrition, diet literary works from Chinese Literature Appreciation Lesson publicize the importance of health and vitality meal start. The one hand, designed to promote vitality meal of Students in the school life can take into account the “delicious” and “health”, the other hand, expect students come to campus, the better to play this course to learn to do, “eat into Taiwanese food, ate the health of the people of Taiwan.” The course of the plan implementation (Literature Appreciation – Literature nutritional health and vitality meal) teaching creative Features:

(1) To taste and to read diet prose: diet prose and imitation is the beginning of learning.

(2) To adopt naming, nutritional assessment, the colloquial expressions schools vitality meal: get that delicious and healthy.

(3) To explore the food paradise: the actual visit Mei Foods sightseeing factory.

(4) Michelin the vitality Restaurant: Healthy meal recipes written cook: group competitions and reporting.

(5) The propaganda posters implementation and website on health and nutrition vitality meals on campus.

(6) Written and oral diet story (cultural context, physical human, temporal and spatial memory, taste representation).
