本文旨在分析我國師資培育改革的趨勢,透過文獻分析的方式,首先,解析我國自1996年以來師資培育改革的趨勢與衍生的相關問題,接著,介紹相關學者所提的各種主張和建議,以及我國教育當局規劃的方案,藉以提出未來師資培育改革之展望,而提出之展望有四一、師資培育政策應增加公費分發名額,不但能夠吸引優秀人才投入教育工作,亦能解決偏遠地區師資不足問題。二、師資培育的主體發展應當從課程中培養師資生批判思考的能力。三、從教育實習與實習輔導學校的關係與教師資格檢定與教育現場的關係兩方面進行分析,以強調師資培育的教育實習及檢定制度之設計須與教育現場作緊密聯結。四、師培大學應以培育優秀師資為己任,以提升師資素質為辦學目標與特色。以供主管行政機關及相關人員之參考。

英文摘要

The paper is to analyze the trend of teacher education reform in Taiwan.The study explored with the process of literature analysis.First,it analyzes the trend of teacher education reform and its derivational problems from 1996.Second, it introduces the proposals of some scholars and the new project proposed by the educational authority in order to solve the related problems. The prospect of the suggestions: 1. The teacher education policy should increase the quota distributed at public expense, not only to attract talented people into education, but also solve the shortage problem of teacher in remote areas. 2. The subject of development of teacher education should foster the ability to think critically student teachers from the course. 3. It is analyzed from two aspects of the relationship and the relationship between teachers qualifying educational site teaching practice and school counseling practice, in order to emphasize the design of teacher education teaching practice and verification system that needs to be closely linked with the education field for. 4. The teacher education university should foster outstanding faculty as its mission to enhance the quality of teachers as educational goals and characteristics.It provides suggestions for future teacher education reform and presented conclusion for personnel of schools, government level and related organization.
