開設國際學程是兩岸大學EMBA策略聯盟的熱門話題,本研究提出有關該概念的目的論、加值論和歷程論觀點,並分析構成要素,指出可從策略目的、合作情境、歷程發展、結盟成果等角度分類策略聯盟,大學策略聯盟、大學國際化和大學品牌為其理論基礎。以文件分析法檢視臺灣、香港和大陸11所知名大學辦理EMBA國際學程策略聯盟情形,發現在合作對象、授課方式和招生對象有明顯差異,香港和大陸地區大學比臺灣地區大學更多元和國際化,出現選擇排名較佳或相當盟校的品牌相稱現象。而社會網路分析結果指出形成四類聯盟網絡關係,北京大學、香港大學、復旦大學各為聯盟集群的核心,香港和大陸地區大學多屬模式II和III的合作關係,臺灣地區大學偏向模式I和II。

英文摘要

Conducting international program is a hot topic of strategic alliance for EMBA in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and China. In this study, three views which called as specific goal view, value-added outcome view, and intermediary process view as well as some critical elements were proposed to discuss the strategic alliance on EMBA international program. Moreover these strategic alliances can be classified according to purpose of alliance, situation of collaboration, process of development, and outcome of alliance. University strategic alliance, university internationalization, and university brand are the theoretical bases of strategic alliance on EMBA international program. Furthermore the EMBA international program of strategic alliance in 11 famous universities in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and China were discussed by using document analysis. The results revealed that some significantly differences in copartner, teaching location, and enrolling students. Universities in Hong Kong and China were more various and international than universities in Taiwan. The brand equivalence phenomenon appeared to show that universities prefer to choose copartner with better or fair ranking. By social network analysis, four types of network relationship in strategic alliance were detected. Peking University, University of Hong Kong and Fudan University were all as the core of strategic alliance clusters. According to partnership, the strategic alliances of university in Hong Kong and China were belonged to model II and model III, but universities in Taiwan tended towards model I and model II.
