本研究旨在了解國民中學校長翻轉領導與學校創新經營的現況,並探究兩者之間的相關情形,研究方法為問卷調查法,並使用結構方程模式驗證國民中學校長翻轉領導與學校創新經營之關係。研究對象為台灣地區公立國民中學教師。研究結果顯示國民中學校長翻轉領導與學校創新經營現況良好,兩者之間具有相關性,且具良好適配度的影響關係模式。校長翻轉領導與學校創新經營有顯著直接影響效果。本研究建議規劃專業培訓課程與研習活動,強化校長翻轉領導知能;加強資訊科技運用能力,重視學生學習環境;制訂獎勵辦法,提供各項資源,推動學校創新經營。

英文摘要

This research aims to understand the current situation of Principle Flipping Leadership and School Innovation Management in Taiwan, as well as the connection between the two. Research Method consists of document analysis and surveys, and the object of research are all public junior high school teachers in Taiwan. One-way analysis of variance and structural equation modeling, SEM according to the result, the conclusions of analysis are Junior high school professors share a mid/ high degree of cognition level towards Principle Flipping Leadership and School Innovation Management. The relationship between Principle Flipping Leadership and School Innovation Management is an apparent positive correlation. Advices to the future from the conclusion are: Plan training sessions and conferences in order to improve the competence of Principle Flipping Leadership; enhance the ability of information technology to improve learning environment; establish a reward system, supply resources for the benefits of School Innovation Administration.
