中文摘要

本文以生產者角度探討商品在生產過程中,因製程因素發生變異,而使品質特性呈偏態分布,文中以修正後的傳統品質損失函數衡量產品之品質損失,並考量不良品可重工或報廢。本研究將建構一數學模型,探討在生產者實施 Dodge-Romig抽樣計畫及不同之品質投資方案下,利用電腦數值模擬分析方法,求解最佳投資方案,以達製造商期望利潤最大化之目標。最後,期望研究之成果能供實務應用之參考。

英文摘要

In this paper, we based on the manufacturer's viewpoint to explore the production process variation due to the unstable and assignable causes. The distribution of quality characteristics is assumed. The traditional quality loss function was applied to measure the quality cost of the product; the defective products can either be reworked or disposed as scrap. This study builds a mathematical model to explore the Dodge-Romig sampling plan and different investment projects for quality improvement. The computerized numerical analysis program was designed to derive the optimal investment project to maximize profit. The results of this study can be give insights to practical applications.
