本研究旨在提出一種創新的研發裝置,可充分的將太陽能轉化成電能,提供做為自主能源,用以限制車廂的溫度過高;該排熱裝置可輕易的裝設在車頂天窗的位置,運用熱傳遞原理將車内積熱迅速的散逸。根據實驗結果與田口法分析得知,除了在儀表板表面的溫度之外,其餘車廂内各溫度量測點均有顯著的降溫現象,透過排熱裝置的運作排除車廂積熱,使得車内在128秒即可降溫達到6.6°C,降溫幅度可達13.2°% ,效果極為可觀。
This paper presents the experimental results of an innovative design for heat dissipation in the cabin of a parked car receiving radiant heat from the sun. This study used the Taguchi method for analysis to design a heat dissipative device. The innovative design, a very lightweight mechanism, is installed in a car's sunroof and removes heat through a convective ventilation components powered by solar energy. According to the quantitative data, each measurement point exist a significant temperature reduction as the heat exhauster operated, with the exception of the dashboard surface temperature, the maximal temperature reduction in a car interior can reach 6.6C with a relative reduction of 13.2%. The innovative design is simple and can be easily implemented as a practical solution to prevent undesirable heating in car's cabin.
