有鑑於轉乘乃是利用公共運輸完成旅運過程中經常發生的活動，因此轉乘 點的服務水準以及與周邊地標點的可及性與移動性，都會顯著影響民眾使用公 共運輸的意願。本研究參考德國柏林S-Bahn 環狀線旅行時間時鐘圖為基礎，設 計出「轉運點旅行時鐘圖」，以「管理者」為使用對象，透過該時鐘圖資料直覺 化的視覺呈現方式，可以讓管理者掌握轉運站的服務水準，以及與周邊地標點 連接的不足之處，可以作為發展因應措施的依據，可以有效協助管理者改善公 共運輸，提昇民眾使用公共運輸的意願。

Transfer is a common activity for public transit trips. The service quality of a transit station and the connectivity to interested points in the neighborhood area affect the acceptance of public transit significantly. This study adopted the basic idea of S-Bahn of Berlin and designed the “transfer station travel clock diagram” for administrators. By having this intuitive and visualization display of service quality and connectivity of a transfer station, administrators are able to design efficient and effective action plans to improve the transfer service of public transit.
