戶外機箱不可避免的會遭受大氣環境因素的沖擊,其中以高溫及腐蝕問題較爲嚴重。 尤其是,熱控制對於戶外電信機箱的運作,特別重要。另一方面,以鋁合金替代不銹鋼作 爲電信箱體的材質,可大幅降低機箱的設備成本。然而,如何加強鋁合金機箱之腐蝕防護, 以達到在戶外環境保護機箱內部設備的要求,則是另一項重要議題。本文針對電信機箱之 塗裝,探討如何改善其隔熱及腐蝕防護。硏究結果顯示,不同顏色之塗裝,對於陽光輻射 的隔熱效果有極明顯的差異。藉由改變傳統電信機箱的塗裝顏色,可改善隔熱功能並且使 箱內溫度降低高達10 °C。另外,根據電化學交流阻抗技術的硏究結果,將塗裝厚度由50 pm 增加至100 pm,可大幅提升其劣化天數達100天以上。

英文摘要

Outdoor cabinets will suffer from the atmospheric impact on high temperature as well as corrosion. Thermal management of outdoor telecommunications cabinets, thus, becomes of primary importance for the telecommunications operation. On the other hand, replacing the stainless steel with aluminum alloy for the cabinet body material can remarkably reduce the cabinet equipment cost. However, the improvement of corrosion resistance of aluminum alloy cabinets to meet the demands of protecting equipment in the outdoor environment becomes another important issue. This paper will describe the improvement of solar heat insulation and corrosion prevention for the telecommunications cabinets by coatings application. It was found that the color of coating has a significant influence on the heat insulation of solar radiation. To improve the heat insulation and dramatically decrease 10 °C inside cabinets is conducted through selecting the color of coatings. In addition, the electrochemical impedance analysis showed that the degradation period of coatings is prolonged over 100 days by an increase in coating thickness from 50 pm to 100 pm.
