混凝土材料在火害高溫作用下形成裂紋增多、結構疏鬆多孔及表層損傷的 結構,本研究首先探討以環氧樹脂添加不同量固化劑及稀釋劑的適當比例的灌 漿料,再以加壓直接灌注方式填入裂縫於經不同火害後的混凝土試件中,以進 一步探討修補不同火害程度混凝土的抗壓強度及抗拉強度。由結果顯示,本研 究中採用灌漿料的配比為環氣樹脂:稀釋劑:固化劑= 90:10:50 (重量比), 浸漬壓力為0.12 MPa,恆壓時間為60 min 下進行壓力浸漬灌漿。500℃ 高溫 損傷試件修復後抗壓強度及抗拉強度都可恢復至損傷前,且修復效果亦明顯優 於700℃ 高溫損傷試件。

英文摘要

Concrete cracks increase significantly in the surface porous structure of under high temperatures or fire damage. In this study, we investigate the different grout ingredient proportions including epoxy, harder content and the appropriate amount of diluent agents in grout. We then use direct pressure impregnation to fill the cracks in the fire-damaged concrete. The repair efficacy was used to assess the efficiency of compressive strength and tensile strength for the different degrees of fire-damaged concrete. The results of this research showed the ingredient materials of epoxy grout was the ratio of epoxy resin:diluents agent:hardener = 90:10:50 (weight ratio) under the impregnation pressure of 0.12 MPa for 60 min. The ingredient of epoxy grout obtained a great recovery effect to repair the cracks for concrete damaged by fires of 500℃ to 700℃.
