商業模式研究的焦點之一是改變商業模式的創新械制。本研究整合策略、主導邏輯與商業模式理論觀點，還取在台灣產黨發展具有代表性的典型企業，深入探討斬首商業模式並存於組鶴內，廠商如何同時維持既有商業模式，並創造新商業模式的劃新機制。本研究也分析說明，在此創新機制下，策略決策、主導邏輯與商業模式間的關係;在此情境下，有效地分配賣源的機制及如何轉譯矛盾種雜的策瞄願景成為中階主管有效執行力的攝制，讀新舊商業模式並存的廠商，可以同時管理策路兩難。

The one of focus of business model research is the innovation mechanism of changing business model. Through integrating the theoretical perspectives of strategy, dominant logic and business model, and selecting a representative and typical firm in Taiwan industrial development, this research explores the imovation mechanism of changing business model in the context of co-existing the old business model and creating new business model simultaneously. This research also anlyzes the relationship among strategic decision, dominant logic and business model, the effective mexhnism of allocating resources, and the effective mechanism of translating strategic vision and contracdictory complexity down to meddle managers to support and implement strategies and business models to manage strategic paradox under the specific context.
