本研究旨在探討舞動治療對學前兒童入園分離焦慮的影響。以江蘇省南京市某公立幼稚園小班兒童為母群體,隨機抽取48名兒童參與實驗,將其隨機平均分配為前測實驗組與未前測實驗組、前測控制組及未前測控制組,每組各有12名,採用實驗設計法中的所羅門四組設計,並以舞動治療為干預變項。研究結果表明,實驗組入園分離焦慮後測的平均數均低於控制組後測平均數,說明舞動治療對於降低學前兒童入園分離焦慮有顯著成效。

英文摘要

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of dance movement therapy to preschoolers’ separation anxiety of school attendance. A survey research was conducted using new preschoolers’ in a certain kindergarten in Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province as population, selecting 48 students according to random sampling. Divide the students randomly to four groups, pretest and without pretest experimental group; pretest and without pretest control group, average 12 students in each group. Research method using Solomon Four Group Design from Experimental Design, dance movement therapy as intervening variable. The major finding of this study includes the average separation anxiety of the posttest of the experimental group is lower than the posttest of thecontrol group. It proves that dance movement therapy have signifi cant infl uence to preschoolers’ separation anxiety.
