本文旨在探索大學校園輔導工作的發展與經營理念。文中回顧了政府遷台後,學校 輔導工作的發展階段,特別是對原初的發展性、預防性、治療性的輔導工作,及後來的 校園自我傷害三級預防輔導理念的探討。作者發現學校輔導工作正因著學生自我傷害事 件的增加而日益窄化。文中從人本主義心理學及生態模式的系統觀點,討論了友善的校 園環境對學生身心健康的重要性。作者進一步探討了學校輔導工作由諮商專業化走向群 體合作的社區化的可能。

英文摘要

This article aims to explore the development and management philosophy of college campus counseling. Each developing stage of school counseling since 1949 was reviewed; in particular, the original developmental, preventive, and therapeutic counseling work and the philosophy of subsequent three-phrase preventive campus counseling of self-harm were investigated. The author found that the effectiveness of campus counseling had been reduced along with the increase of self-harm incidents. Therefore, approaching from viewpoints of humanistic psychology and ecological model system, this article also stressed the importance of friendly campus environment to the mental health of students. The author further discussed the possibility to direct professional counseling job from campus to collaborative community.
