英文摘要

The aim of the present study was to examine associations among adolescent perceptions of fathers’ and mothers’ parenting alliance, parenting practices and problem behavior. The subjects of the present study were 395 students in junior high schools. The instruments included “Parenting Alliance Scale”,“Parenting Practice Scale”,and “Depression and Aggression Scale”. The results showed, regarding adolescent depression, adolescent perceptions of both parents’ “warm and autonomous” parenting practice decreased depression, “punitive” parenting practice increased depression, as well as “coalition” parenting alliance increased “punitive” parenting practice, and then increased depression. Regarding adolescent aggression, adolescent perceptions of both parents’ “punitive” parenting practice increased aggression, adolescent perceptions of fathers’ “warm and autonomous” parenting practice decreased aggression, and adolescent perceptions of mothers’ “monitoring” parenting practice decreased aggression, but “inconsistent’ parenting practice increased aggression. In addition, “coalition” parenting alliance increased “punitive” parenting practice, and then increased aggression; maternal “coalition” parenting alliance decreased “warm and autonomous” parenting practice, and then increased aggression; as well as paternal “coalition” parenting alliance increased “inconsistent’ parenting practice, and then increased aggression. The results may offer more fully understanding concerning the relationships between family factors and adolescent problem behavior.
