本文從哲學的角度予以思考切入,探討學校行政的意涵,以及未來學校的樣貌,認為學校行政是學校組織成員哲思與行動的連結,從「形而上、誠於中、形而下」三者的關聯性中,提出以校長的哲思為導引學校的未來的領導策略與行動。此外也提出未來的學校將會是一兼具專業取向、創新取向、整合取向、學習取向與科技取向的學校內涵。最後指出,我們要找回學校原來已有的樣貌,讓學校翻轉回歸到基本面,而能彰顯學校教育的本質。

英文摘要

The study roots on thinking of philosophy and explores the meaning of school administration and the future school. The study points out that school administration combines the connect of philosophy and action. Meanwhile, rooting on “metaphysics, prudence, physics” and leading leadership strategy and action. In addition, the result revels future school will be a professional, creative, integrative, learning and technologic orientation. Finally, the study emphasizes on that school ought to back to basis dimension and manifest school essence.
