偏遠學校校長在學校經營,往往面臨一些困境。本研究利用半結構式訪談,訪談彰化縣三所優質偏遠國中校長校務經營所遭遇到的困境及因應策略。研究發現,校長要建構經營願景、做好學生常規管理、主動爭取校外資源、激發教師樂於教學、多與教育關係人溝通、建立學校特色等,以解決家長對學校沒有信心、教師教學過於傳統、人員與經費缺乏等經營困境。基於以上研究結論,本研究針對主管教育行政機關、偏遠學校校長及後續研究者提出相關建議。
The remote school principals seem to face more school management difficulties than general school. The purpose of the study is to investigate what management difficulties remote junior high school principals encountered and what strategies they would adopt to cope with. The method of this study adopted semi-structured interview and data were collected from three excellent principals of remote junior high school in Changhua County. Other than the findings, the researcher also tried to make some suggestions for government, remote school principals, and the future study.
