本研究主要是探討目前失業者再就業的求職意願,及其對公立就業服務機構所提供服務的滿意度意見與期望。本研究採用之資料分析方法包括單因子頻次分析及交叉分析,以分析作答者對各題項意見的整體情況。期望本研究的發現,能夠為正準備再就業的失業者提供最新的就業市場資訊,以作為就業之參考,以及為政府相關就業服務機構之就業服務狀況,提供具體的參考資料。

The main purpose of this study was to investigate the intentions of current unemployed people, and their satisfaction & expectations toward the service offered by the public employment service institution. The method of frequency & reciprocal analysis was used in this study in order to analyze the opinions of persons who respond the questions. The finding of this study could be used as references for the newest information of employment market & the condition of employment service for the unemployed people who are currently searching for jobs and the public employment service institution.
