此研究旨在探討旅館廚務之職業傷害,以了解職業傷害與安全認知及知覺的安全氣候之關係。由317位台灣旅館產業之廚房工作者填答問卷,研究結果支持假定之研究模式路徑,即安全認知影響知覺的安全氣候,進而安全氣候影響職業傷害。其中,知覺的安全氣候對職業傷害具直接且負向的關係;安全認知直接且正向影響知覺的安全氣候,然而安全認知並無降低職業傷害的效果。因此,知覺的安全氣候具有中介安全認知與職業傷害之效果。

英文摘要

This paper focuses on occupational injuries and investigates the relationships among safety consciousness, perceived safety climate, and occupational injuries. The sample includes 317 kitchen workers from Taiwan’s hotel industry. The results support the path of “safety consciousness → perceived safety climate → occupational injuries”. Specifically, perceived safety climate is directly and negatively associated with occupational injuries. In addition, while safety consciousness has direct positive effects on perceived safety climate, it does not have a direct significant influence on reducing occupational injuries. The perceived safety climate is therefore found to play a mediating role in the relationship between safety consciousness and occupational injuries.
