中文摘要

矽膠模具為快速模具技術之間接造模法中最常使用之技術。由於產品生命週 期越來越短,如何縮短產品開發時間及費用,並且快速推出新產品,即變成一個 重要研究議題,因此提升矽膠模具製作效率即變成一個重要研究方向。本研究針 對矽膠模具製程參數進行研究。研究結果顯示,矽膠與硬化劑之重量比例10:1為最佳比例,明顯可以縮短矽穋硬化時間,調配後之矽膠置於硬化溫度40-50 °C 度為最佳硬化溫度,優點涵蓋能節省矽膠模具硬化時間,模具内之模穴尺寸體收 縮率約5%。

英文摘要

Silicone rubber mold is one of the most commonly used techniques in indirect tooling among rapid tooling technology. As product life cycles are getting shorter, it is important to shorten product development time and costs, and rapid introduction of new products. Thus, enhancing the efficiency of making silicone rubber molds become an important research direction. The silicone rubber mold process parameters were conducted in this study. The results showed that the weight ratio of liquid silicone rubber and hardener 10: 1 is the optimal ratio because the solidification time of silicone rubber mold can be shortened significantly. In addition, 40-50 C is the optimal range of curing temperature due to the short solidification time of silicone rubber mold and 5% shrinkage of the inner dimensions of the silicone rubber mold.
