《止善》第二期，主題為「音樂與文化」，除兩篇特約稿外，共計收到來 自海內外11 篇投稿論文，其中包括有歐洲地區奧地利、塞爾維亞共和國，非 洲地區南非共和國，美洲地區美國，以及亞洲地區伊朗伊斯蘭共和國。另納入 2007 年4 月20 日「『古琴、音樂美學與人文精神』跨領域、跨文化」學術研 討會發表之12 篇論文，經詢問個人意願計有8 篇願意投稿。此外，一般論文 投稿3 篇。總計稿投本期論文篇數計22 篇，除特約稿外刊登8 篇，刊登率為 36% (8/22)。本期刊登論文總計10 篇，發行份數500 份。

The topic of the second edition of our journal Zhishan 止善is “Music and Culture.” In addition to two invited contributions, there are eleven papers from both Taiwan and abroad, including Austria, Republic of Serbia, Republic of South Africa, the United States of America and Islamic Republic of Iran. Out of twelve papers that were presented during the conference on “Interdisciplinary Conference on ‘Guqin, Aesthetics and Humanism’”on April 20th 2007, eight were later submitted to this journal. The overall number of papers, submitted was twenty two (which includes three papers on general topics not related to the theme and events mentioned above). Nine papers were chosen for publication for the present issue, which amount to an acceptance rate of 40.91% (9/22). Including the two invited contributions, a total of eleven papers are published here. Every issue of this journal is printed out five hundred copies.
