台灣的雜誌相當多元，近年興起一陣「小雜誌」的出版風潮，本研究探討非主流議題的「小雜誌」想傳達何種資訊或是概念給讀者、吸引人之處及不足處在哪？、雜誌社的經營及發行流程為何？、是什麼原因支持發行者不間斷的發行並且投入「小雜誌」的出版？希望能為未來參與「小雜誌」出版及發行者提供經驗及建議，並藉由深度訪談法及文獻分析法來深入探討。本研究者也根據訪談結果提出下列四點結論：1、將雜誌多與社會議題做結合，改善主題不夠豐富的問題；2、適當調整人員編制減輕編輯者的負荷；3、對於小雜誌同質性過高的問題可針對完整的前置作業、風格建立、了解消費市場長遠經營，三個方面來改善；4、為達到小雜誌長期經營目標可針對與增加雜誌內廣告比例與、適時適量的宣傳來做改善。

Taiwan's magazines are diversified, and recently there's been trend of "little magazine." The research discusses about what little magazine wants to transfer to readers, like the merit and defect, how magazine publisher to operate, why publisher devotes to publish little magazine. The research draws four conclusion for little magazine from interviews: 1. It enriches the topic of magazine by connecting social issues. 2. It helps to control the size of staffs. 3. About the problem of high homogeneity, it can be improved by complete preprocess and style establishment and consumer market investigation. 4. For long-term business, it can be improved by adding advertisement rate and proper promotion.
