本論文以整合型封裝方式將滑鼠主要元件含傳感器、雷射與透鏡整合於單一 封裝體,達成製程流程簡化、提升光電特性之效益。並分別以介面功能、耗電能 力、光斑影像分析來比較典型的光學式、三件式及整合封裝式滑鼠的特性。介面 功能測試以手工及機械滑測來比較不同桌面下的工作能力、定位性及不同操作速 度下之精準度,結果顯示整合封裝式特性皆優於光學式及三件式。耗電能力測試 顯示,以快速滑動模式下耗電量分別為:光學式198 毫瓦;三件式129 毫瓦;整合封 裝式32.4 毫瓦,整合封裝式的耗電比例僅為光學式的16.36%及三件式的25.11%。 光斑影像分析顯示,介面螢幕上黑白區塊對比度以整合封裝式最佳,解析度可高 達3200 DPI。綜合以上分析結果,由於整合了光機電元件,因而消除傳統多件式 組裝所產生的相容性及公差,並因整合封裝式導入雷射結合透鏡元件,而提升了 光源利用率而達到省電優勢、增進光學解析度,連帶提升操作於不同桌面之適用 性。

英文摘要

In this paper, we have successfully demonstrated a simple process flow and a high performance laser mouse by using integrated package of sensors, laser and lenses. The properties of interface functions, power consumption and the light stripe image were investigated on three types of typical optical, three-piece and integrated package. The test of interface function used sliding test on manual and mechanical mode to compare ability, positioning and accuracy under different operating speeds on different desktop. The results show that the characteristics of integrated package superior to typical optical and three-piece. The power consumption is 198mW, 129mW and 32.4mW under fast sliding mode for typical optical, three-piece and integrated package, respectively. The power ratio of integrated package is only16.36% and 25.11% for typical optical and three-piece, respectively. Light stripe images show that the most outstanding is integrated package for the contrast of black/white on the interface of the screen, and the resolution can achieve to 3200 DPI. In conclusions, the compatibility and tolerance of traditional multi-piece assembly devices are eliminated under optomechatronic integration engineering. We attribute these improvements of light utilization, energy saving, optical resolution, and suitability on different desktops to combining laser and lenses.
